I mentioned that I was going to try to get more consistent with blogging. At the moment, I am thankfully slammed with finishing up a few projects that I am excited to share with you. Until then, I thought I would leave you with a few things that inspire me when I am feeling overwhelmed or lacking focus.
This blog, was my first blog that I became quickly obsessed with back in 2012. Brittany is a creative powerhouse designing events, serveware, stationary, and a maker of gigantic paper flowers. She even has a youtube channel now where she will teach you how to draw these amazing flowers.
Studio DIY, is a go to place for everything.. you guessed it.. DIY. Also great styling tips, and just an overall happy and fun place to visit on the internet if you need some inspiration and pepping up!
I love Jessica's site mostly because it is also bright and filled with color and Jessica teaches the Pattern Camp class that I took to start learning to make repeat patterns. Her work is amazing and I love seeing other artists thriving because it gives me hope when I need it the most.
I literally can't say enough good things about the Creative Pep Talk Podcast. I listen to this guy Andy J. Miller basically every day and I always end up feeling 100 times better. I listen to him in the car, while I'm getting ready in the morning and even when I need to take a walk around the block to clear my head. If you are looking for inspiration when it comes to creativity, Andy is your guy!
If you have always wanted to start a business but didn't know how or were feeling overwhelmed or even if you have already started your business, Start-Up is an amazing Podcast. This podcast follows Alex Bloomberg as he breaks away from corporate radio and starts his own podcast company. It's really well put together and overall interesting.
I would love to hear about some ways you find motivation or inspiration when you're feeling stuck. Comment Below! :)
